A hand knotted rug made from New Zealand wool offers both supreme aesthetic value whilst simultaneously boasting smooth comfort. At first glance the border seems similar to an ancient floral rug, however the burnt orange, autumnal colours are reminiscent of 1970s interior design. A playful and jovial design of human forms providing a “Leg Up” for each other encourages the viewer to step into or onto the landscape laid out before them, highlighting the interactive and collaborative nature of the piece.
